I got water heater burst and flooded out my down stairs and when I called them they responded to my call. They were able to send out an agent to do estimate and for me to get the job done. There were no itching and dancing around the corner, the young man did a wonderful job. The workers were able to replace pan sheet board and remove the large amount of molds. I saw people who had the same accident at the same time still waiting. So I really appreciate their input. Paper work was mailed and also the money. Mr Ryan did a good job he asked questions. "State Farm is a joke. Wait until you have to file a claim that you are not at fault for. A police report and witnesses will not help, even if the person at fault gets arrested for it. Then you'll see how much they try to screw you. I decided to get an insurance quote with a legit company and it brought my full coverage down from $300 to $130 on a new car. Get quotes from other companies people! You will be pleasantly surprised."
